B. I found a defect on my item but I've already washed it. What should I do?
We're unable to accept your return as it had been washed. Please check your item upon receive.
C. I would like to request a refund in cash (in any condition).

Color of products may varies due to studio lighting used and please allow 20% of color variation in real product as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter.
