What’s the shipping cost?
Parcel ship to WEST / EAST MALAYSIA will sent out via KBX Express courier services. Some WM places do not available for KBX Express courier services and we used Poslaju instead. All shipping charges will be calculated automatically when your checkout based on your shipping country. Below are the rates for your reference:
 

Which country do you ship to?
We currently provide shipping services within MALAYSIA only. You will find your shipping charges based on your shipping country.

How long does it normally takes to ship out items once payment is made?
JUST WEAR process your order within 24 hours and will ship within the next 48 hours, except for item(s) under BACKORDER. If your order consists of both in-stock & backorder item(s), your parcel will be automatic to ship together once the backorder items(s) are arrived.

Where can I find my tracking number?
Tracking numbers will be provided by email once shipped. 

Are there any additional cost for re-delivery?

Yes, additional postage fee will be collected for re-delivery if the parcel is bounced back to us.

All parcels need to be signed upon receipt. Please track your parcel with the provided tracking number once it being mailed from us. You may arrange for re-delivery with the shipping company or self-collect at the allocated post office if the postman attempt delivery unsuccessfully. All parcels will be returned to us if it being unattended in post office after 5 working days. 

Do you provide COD/Self-Pickup?

We don’t provide COD yet but we offer self-pickup and only in GUA MUSANG, KELANTAN.

The process of Self-pickup
1. Place order and choose "Self-pickup" as your preferred shipping method.
2. Make your payment and provide payment details to us within 24 hours.
3. We will prepare your order accordingly after payment being verified.
4. Lastly, we will contact you about the pickup LOCATION, DATE and TIME once your order is ready for collect.
